Yin Yoga Classes
Teacher: Marcin Choszczyk
My journey to yoga wasn’t a stroll along a sun-dappled path; it was a trek through rugged terrain. When life presented its challenges, I found solace and strength on the yoga mat. What started as a means of self-care quickly became a path to healing and growth.
Through practice I started to embrace health benefits of Yoga. Thanks to amazing friends around I was on the way to Ubud – Bali, where I immersed myself in training to deepen my understanding of this ancient practice.
With gentle guidance, I invite students to explore the subtle depths of their bodies and minds, fostering inner peace and balance. Join me in discovering the transformative power of Yin Yoga in Maidstone.
Join me on the mat as we embark together on a journey of self-discovery and growth through the transformative power of yoga.
All abilities welcome.

Slow Flow Yoga Classes
Teacher: Claire Bates
Join me for Slow Flow Yoga on Friday, a nurturing practice designed to honor your body. With a kind-hearted approach, I encourage you to create a flow that feels right for you. Whether you need to take it easy due to injuries or challenge yourself safely on stronger days, this class helps you build confidence in modifying your practice to suit your mood and needs.
On Fridays, we add a little more fire! Expect a bit more movement—up and down transitions—but don’t worry, there are always modifications. We don’t flow fast or in sync, so if coordination isn’t your thing, that’s completely fine! We wobble, fumble, and find our way together.
All abilities welcome.
